Located at The Venetian's Restaurant Row, this dining destination is inspired by Old Havana, embracing Cuban and Latin American architecture and design with organic textures, salvaged ironwork, reclaimed shutters and vintage “found objects” which lend authenticity and warmth.
Enjoy globally inspired shared plates which come from the three kitchens, an open fire grill, raw bar and traditional kitchen all of which are overseen by award-winning Chef Partner Timon Balloo.
