Aqua Restaurant and Bar combines elegance with quality cuisine to create an unforgettable experience. From decadent appetizers to fresh salads and signature entrees, diners can enjoy a variety of culinary options to satisfy any craving.
The high-design, intimate jewel box restaurant and bar is designed by Roman Vnoukov and features Belarus crystal-embellished doors, dark, moody walls, and a 20ft bar adorned in stingray.
On the ceiling, guests can find hand-blown dark, gleaming crystal balls inspired by caviar. Whether guests prefer a caviar-centric dish or organic salmon, tartares, Wagyu beef or Caviar Bar’s rich desserts, the dishes can all be enjoyed a la carte or as multi-course tastings.
Hand-crafted cocktails include custom libations. Caviar bumps are served with champagne or vodka, so guests can keep the fun flowing and indulge themselves all night.
